EULA - End User License Agreement

License for use and distribution

1. All copyrights to Actual Web Album are exclusively owned by ExactTrend Ltd.

2. This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software
for evaluation or non-commercial purposes without charge.
If you want to use this software without restrictions (the unregistered
version sets a limit of 20 files per one operation) a registration fee
(found on the Web at http://www.exacttrend.com/ActualWeb/order.html) is
required. When payment is received you will be sent a registration key.

3. One registered copy of Actual Web Album may be installed on a single computer
only and used non simultaneously by multiple people.

4. The Actual Web Album unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not
modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
Actual Web Album without written permission from the copyright holder. The
Actual Web Album unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed
with any other package without written permission of the copyright
holder.

5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with
registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites, see
http://www.exacttrend.com/WebAlbum/order.html.

6. Actual Web Album IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result
in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by ExactTrend Ltd.

8. Installing and using Actual Web Album signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Actual Web Album files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
